Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it meets the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@polenox.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Discouraging Excessive Returns
We aim to offer generous customer service, but frequent or suspicious return activity may result in account flagging or order limitations. We encourage you to shop mindfully, and reach out to us with questions before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show clear signs of wear, damage, or modification may not be eligible for a refund. Final sale items are also non-returnable unless defective.
